Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains what information Ecologic Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 679 005 540) ("we", "us" or "our") collects through Flower Farm Plan (flowerfarmplan.com), why, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect as little as possible, and your plans stay on your own device.
Email sign-ups
If you join the Seed To Stem waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also record a short word showing where you found the link, such as "magazine", "youtube", "social" or "direct", so we know which places people come from.
We use this only to send you emails about Flower Farm Plan: news of the Seed To Stem release, and occasional updates about the tools. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.
When you sign up, you tick a box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and this policy, and to receiving these emails. A record of that agreement and the date is kept with your sign-up.
Email sign-ups are stored and sent by Kit, an email service. Kit may store data outside your country. You can read Kit's privacy policy.
Unsubscribing: every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it at any time.
The Seed To Stem Planner
The planner runs in your web browser. Your plan, including your flowers, beds, frost dates and settings, is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data will delete it.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It shows totals, such as how many people visited a page. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Hosting and security
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Browser storage on this site
- The planner saves your plan in local storage, as described above.
- If you arrive from a link with a source word (for example
?from=magazine), that word is kept in session storage until you close the tab, so it can be added to a sign-up. It is not used for anything else.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Please email us at the address on the contact page, with "My data" in the subject line. We will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
